About EnviroFill

Enviro-Fill was established to develop a simple, universal system to prevent fuel spills while refueling boats. The result of our efforts is a system that uses pressure transfer technology (patent pending) to automatically shut off the nozzle when the fuel in the tank reaches a predetermined level. This technology allows us to fill any size tank and shut off the automatic nozzle every time when the tank is 95% full with no spilling! The fill rate and length of fill and vent hoses have no effect on the our systems ability to reliably shut off the nozzle at the predetermined fuel level in the tank.

The experience and practical knowledge gained from backgrounds in both machining and yacht service has enabled us to develop this system with no moving parts and provide the simplest installation possible.

The technology gets the job done and to ensure it works every time our products are of the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. The 316 SS castings are provided by Whitecap Industries, a well established marine hardware supplier. The machining, inspection, assembly, and finished product testing is done in house through a partnership with Ephrata Precision Parts Inc. in Pennsylvania. This 51,000 sq foot, state of the art, CNC machining facility enables us to supply quality precision parts in quantities to meet the needs of production boat builders.
